The story of Festa Galattica
From a need to growth
Festa Galattica was born from a personal and collective need to create healthy spaces where human biodiversity can truly come together.
There is a real urgency to reconnect authentically in natural places, through love, personal growth, music, healthy food and agriculture, art, craftsmanship, and all the beautiful things life has to offer.
The dream
Festa Galattica began with the dream of a 24-year-old guy who, after returning from a long journey in Australia, deeply felt the lack of natural spaces in Italy where real connections could happen — especially for young people.
With the help of Ale Testuggine, a friend who owned land in the upper Val Trebbia area, he organized a first gathering. Together with other motivated young people who shared the same need, that’s where this small but powerful revolution began.
That guy, now a grown man, is Falco Tuonante.
The first edition
The first edition was a disaster — absolute madness. Having never organized or even attended a festival before, he brought together in one single space all the things he loved most: music, nature, spirituality, simplicity, new authentic connections, good food, and taking care of one another as if everyone were part of the same whole.
During that first year, he worked all summer in a mountain refuge to save the money needed to pay all the collaborators. He didn’t earn it back right away, but by the second edition, Festa Galattica had already become legendary, attracting travelers from all over the world.
The greatest reward
The greatest reward is seeing people arrive carrying the weight of their personal struggles and leave feeling renewed, full of trust in humanity again.
This festival exists thanks to everyone’s cooperation: more than 100 collaborators, area leads, curators, local partners, volunteers, and over 10,000 people who support us by choosing to follow this project.

Festa Galattica 2026
Festa Galattica 2026 has a lot in store: a strong healing area with professionals who will guide five mornings focused on the pillars of meditation, yoga, and breathwork; workshops of all kinds every afternoon; hands-on labs; and an entire space dedicated to art. There will also be a brand-new area for active participation, where anyone who wants can propose an activity.
We carefully select only the best emerging international artists to create a unique vibe, supported by top-tier sound systems with exceptional audio quality.
This year, we’ll all dance together at the new UNITY STAGE, to feel like one big galactic family.
There will be performances of many kinds, but only through everyone’s active participation will we create the best festival ever. Bring your art with you and let it flow freely by sharing it in the spaces we’ve created with care.
We love keeping a little mystery around our guests, but we’ll be dropping a few spoilers along the way to make the wait even sweeter.
