Discounts and participation terms

Participation fees are nominal, personal, and non-transferable. Resale or transfer to third parties is not permitted.

For couples, a 5% discount on the total is available by using the code COUPLE5 at checkout.

For groups of 3 or more participants, a 10% discount on the total is automatically applied at checkout, with no need to enter a code.

At the moment, there is no automatic refund procedure through the website. Any special requests can be sent via email to festagalattica@gmail.com and will be evaluated by the organizers.

Membership included and card activation

The participation fee for Festa Galattica 2026 includes membership to the Festa Galattica for Spiritual Hitchhikers ETS – APS association for the reference year.

Please note: after completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the unique Endas link required to complete the card activation.

To activate your card correctly, you must:

1. complete payment of the participation fee;
2. open the confirmation email received after payment;
3. click on the unique Endas link in the email;
4. enter the required information on the Endas portal;
5. submit the request by selecting the Basic card.

The card will be considered active only after completing the procedure on the Endas portal.

The association is not responsible for failure to activate the card if registration via the Endas link sent by email is not completed.

The physical card with Festa Galattica design will be delivered during the festival only if the membership procedure has been completed correctly.
